How often have you found yourself up late at night,burning the midnight oil studying your butt off? I can remember a few of those nights vaguely because at the end of it I probably just collapsed on my bed unable to think, unable to sleep from being mentally exhausted.
- * Have Adequate Light In Your Room.
- * Drink Lots Of Water.
- * Take A Break Every 45 minutes or every Hour.
- * Do 50 Squats When You Feel Like Dosing Off.
- * Get Some Coffee or Energy Drinks Down As A Last Resort For Energy (Avoid This As Much As Possible).
